This lovely little bottle contains a blend of Rye, Corn and Barley whiskeys. The mash bill is 65% Rye, 30% Corn and 5% Barley. It was aged in small barrels that were previously used for our Escalante Dark Rum.

This remarkable whiskey won 2 big Gold Medals in the American Distilling Institute’s 2016 competition.

Each Bottle is signed by the Head Distiller and numbered at the time of bottling.
